Uploaded Images: Images submitted for analysis are processed in memory. They are automatically deleted within 24 hours. We do not use uploaded images for model training or share them with third parties.

Usage Data: We collect anonymized usage metrics including API call counts, response times, and feature usage to improve our service.

Device & Browser Data: Standard web analytics data including IP address, browser type, operating system, and referring URLs.

4. Image Data Processing

Images uploaded to CheckReality are processed solely for the purpose of providing detection analysis. Images are processed in memory, results are returned to the user, and the original image data is automatically purged within 24 hours. We do not retain image data beyond this period, use images for training our detection models, or share image data with any third party.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service Providers: Stripe (payment processing), Google Cloud Platform (infrastructure), and analytics providers
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, or legal process

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), encryption at rest, access controls, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Account information is retained for the duration of your account and up to 30 days after deletion. Uploaded images are deleted within 24 hours. Usage analytics are retained in anonymized form indefinitely.
